Refund policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to paid Flexidatasys enrollments arranged offline. Prices on this website are informational only; no checkout occurs here.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not downloaded cohort workbooks. Between 13 and 7 days before start, a partial refund of 50% of fees paid may apply. Within 6 days of start, seats are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as noted under Exceptions.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 30 days of the payment date or before the cohort ends, whichever is earlier, unless a longer period is mandated by applicable consumer rules in Taiwan(China).

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refund: timely cancelation, unused materials, and no live session attendance. Partial refund: late cancelation window above, or Flexidatasys-initiated schedule change you decline. No refund after you attend two or more live sessions, except under Exceptions.

Non-refundable items

Third-party exam fees (if any), custom onsite facilitation travel already incurred, and completed private diagnostic workshops are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@flexidatasys.digital with your name, invoice or confirmation reference, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline next steps.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Flexidatasys

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies, mandated quarantine affecting attendance, or material service failure on our side may qualify for goodwill full or partial refunds at our discretion, evaluated case by case.
